NYSE Suspends Trading in GO Acquisition Warrants and Begins Delisting

Trading in Go Acquisition warrants was suspended today on the NYSE, following the SPAC’s announcement in June that it will liquidate. The warrants will soon be delisted from the exchange.

Trading in the SPAC’s stock — ticker symbol GOAC — and units — GOAC U — is expected to continue through at least Aug. 7.

NYSE Regulation has determined that the warrants are no longer suitable for listing based on “abnormally low” price levels. Regardless, the warrants are due to expire worthless since the SPAC will not complete a busines combination.

GO raised $500 million in an August 2021 IPO. The SPAC was focused on travel businesses in North America and Europe.
