AltC was co-founded by Sam Altman and Churchill Capital in July 2021. Altman serves as CEO of AltC and has been chairman of Oklo since 2015.

Bannix last month announced a $30 million merger agreement with VisionWave Technologies, which would receive 3 million shares of the SPAC’s stock. The target is a provider of cloud business management software.

Sagaliam in March said its units were delisted from the Nasdaq. There were several reasons for the Nasdaq’s decision, including delinquent SEC filings, falling below the minimum $50 million market cap and the minimum shareholder threshold, as well as issues with the SPAC’s business combination.

Roth CH voluntarily delisted from the Nasdaq and is changing its struture to trade as a non-SPAC shell company as it continues to pursue a deal.

The target is a digital platform that connects guests to media of themselves captured by amusement park or venue cameras. Pomvom serves many of the largest theme park and attraction operators globally, including Six Flags, Warner Bros., and Merlin Entertainment.

Redemptions of $59.8 million in stock removed 69% of the cash in trust on an extension vote earlier this month. In response, the SPAC said 2,422,500 Class B shares have been converted into Class A shares on a 1-for-1 basis.

The SPAC has a deal with Bestpath (Shanghai) IoT Technology Co., Ltd., which develops hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles in China.

The SPAC in December announced a business combination agreement with Custom Health at a $185 million pre-money equity value.

Infinite Reaility's SPAC deal has a minimum cash condition of $50 million to close.
