Osiris Acquisition Prices Downsized $230M IPO

Osiris Acquisition priced its IPO of 23 million units at $10 each. The offering was 2 million fewer units than the SPAC initially registered last month.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under OSI.U. Each consists of one share Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 for a share. Once the securities constituting the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants will list on the NYSE under OSI and OSI WS, respectively.

The new SPAC seeks to “combine with and maximize the value of a fundamentally strong franchise that is facing temporary dislocation due to idiosyncratic events stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic,” the filing states. Read more.
