Yotta Acquisition Prices $100M IPO

Yotta Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10 each. The units list on the Nasdaq and begin trading today under the ticker symbol YOTAU. Eachconsists of one share, a warrant and one right to receive one-tenth of a share.

After the securities begin separate trading, shares, warrants and rights are expected to be listed under the symbols YOTA, YOTAW and YOTAR, respectively.

The new SPAC plans to target high technology, blockchain, software and hardware, ecommerce, social media and other general business industries globally.

The offering is expected to close April 22.
