Legato Merger Prices Upsized $205M IPO

Legato Merger

Legato Merger Corp. offered 3 million addition units to upsize its IPO 17 percent to $205 million. The SPAC in its initial SEC registration in September planned for a $175 million raise.

Legato plans to target companies in the renewables, infrastructure, engineering and construction, and industrial sectors.

The SPAC is led by CEO David Sgro. This is his sixth blank-check company.
