Alpha Capital Files for $200M IPO

Alpha Capital Acquisition filed wirth the SEC to offer 20 million units at $10 each in an IPO.

Alpha Capital said in the filing it will focus on high-quality technology businesses in Latin America or based in the U.S. with a Latin American founder, a focus towards serving both international markets as well as the Latin American market.

The SPAC is led by CEO and board member Alejandro (Alec) Carlos Francisco Oxenford. From 2015 to 2020, he was co-founder and CEO/president of letgo, a person-to-person mobile classifieds company.

The SPAC plans to apply for a listing on the Nasdaq under ASPCU. Read more.
