Red Cell DRM Acquisition Registers $250M IPO

Red Cell DRM Acquisition filed today with the SEC to offer 25 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50 for one share.

The DRM-focused SPAC will concentrate on high-growth tech companies across a variety of sub-sectors.

Red Cell is led by CEO Gavin Hood, who most recently served as chief of staff and global director for business development and operations at Palantir Technologies.

The SPAC plans to apply for a Nasdaq listing under RCDAU.
