Dragoneer II announced late last night the pricing of its IPO of 24,000,000 shares at a price of $10 per share. Shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq under “DGNS”. The IPO is expected to close Nov. 19. The offer represents a 20 percent increase over the SPAC’s initial registration of a $200 million IPO.
