Broadscale Acquisition Class A common shares and warrants may be traded separately starting April 5, the SPAC said. Units not separated will continue to trade on the Nasdaq under SCLEU and the separated shares and warrants are expected to trade under SCLE and SCLEW, respectively.

 The SPAC intends to target opportunities that align with its mission of “Disruption for Good” — the transformation of traditional industries in positive ways that generate tangible improvements to the well-being of the global population. Read more.
