Flying Taxi Start-Up Vertical Aerospace Plots $2B SPAC Merger: Report

Britain-based flying taxi service Vertical Aerospace is close to sealing a deal with Broadstone Acquisition, Sky News reports. The deal could valued the combined company at $2 billion.

The merger with Broadstone – which was established by businessman Hugh Osmond last year – could be announced as soon as tomorrow, June 10.
