Tech Investor Klaus Hommels Launches $332M SPAC in Europe: Report

Klaus Hommels, founder of venture capital firm Lakestar, is looking to raise up to 275 million euros ($332 million) through a new blank-check company that could list early next week, CNBC reports.

The SPAC is expected to list in Frankfurt under the ticker LRSW.
