L Catterton Asia Acquisition registered with the SEC to raise $250 million through a public offerign of 25 million units at $10 each.
The new SPAC said in the filing it will target high-growth, consumer technology sectors across Asia.
L Catteton is led by Co-CEO and Director Chinta Bhagat, who is managing partner, co-head and CEO at L Catterton Asia, which manages approximately $3.3 billion across three funds. Co-CEO Scott Chen is is managing partner, co-head and CIO at L Catterton Asia.
L Catterton intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing but has not yet selected a ticker symbol. Read more.
