KINS Technolgy Amends $200M IPO Prospectus

The tech-focued SPAC today amended its IPO registration to include warrant agreements with the underwriters. No change was reported in the planned $200M raise originally registered in September.

KINS is targeting companies involved in next generation connectivity, open software, edge-cloud computing, predictive data analytics, and immersive media technologies. Read more.
