Forum Merger IV Files for $300M IPO

Led by serial SPAC sponsors, Forum Merger IV registered with the SEC to offer 30 million units at $10 each.

The new SPAC in the S-1 filing said it would “focus on companies that have an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $500 million to $5 billion or more, are North American- or Western European-based, have excellent management teams, have a robust outlook for long-term growth.”

Forum Merger IV is led by Co-CEO, President and Director Marshall Kiev, who is president and founder of private investment MK Capital Partners. Co-CEO, CFO and Director David Boris also handles the same roles for Forum III, and was Co-CEO of Forum I from its inception in November 2016 until its business combination with ConvergeOne.
