Andretti Acquisition Prices $200M IPO

Andretti Acquisition priced its 20 million units in an initial public offering at $10 per unit. Two key members of the management team are racing legends Mario (pictured) and Michael Andretti. 

The units list on the New York Stock Exchange and trade under the ticker symbol WNNR.U as of today. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant. When the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under the symbols WNNR and WNNR WS. The offering is expected to close Jan. 18.

The SPAC intends to focus on opportunities that can benefit from the iconic Andretti brand name in the broadly-defined automotive industry.
