VG Shares and Warrants Begin Separate Trading

VG Acquisition announced that stockholders may separately trade shares and warrants starting today. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under “VGAC.U,” and the shares of Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade under “VGAC” and “VGAC.WS,” respectively. VG is targeting companies in the travel & leisure, financial services, health & wellness, technology & internet-enabled, music & entertainment, media & mobile and renewable energy/resource efficiency sectors.
