VG Acquisition announced that stockholders may separately trade shares and warrants starting today. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under “VGAC.U,” and the shares of Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade under “VGAC” and “VGAC.WS,” respectively.
