Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Prices $200M IPO

Mountain & Co. I Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 each. Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under MCAAU. Each consists of one Class A share and one-half of a warrant.

After the securities start trading separately, shares and warrants will list under MCAA and MCAAW.

The SPAC intends to focus on the consumer internet and B2B digital infrastructure sectors.

Credit Suisse is sole book-running manager. The underwriters may opt to purchase up to 3 million additional units to cover any over-allotments. Read more.
