OneMedNet and Data Knights Acquisition today announced that the registration statement outling their proposed merger has been declared effective by the SEC. THe SPAC called an Oct. 17 meeting at 10 a.m. Eastern for shareholders to vote on the deal.
At deal announcement in April 2022 the combination had a pro-forma enterprise value of $317 million.
