Carney Technology II Closes $402.5M IPO

Carney Technology Acquisition II announced that on Dec. 14 it closed its IPO of 40.25 million units including 5.25 million units issued for the exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option in full. The offering was priced at $10 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $402.5 million. The raise is 13 percent higher than the $350 million initially registered.

The company’s units trade on the Nasdaq under “CTAQU”.  Once the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list on the Nasdaq under “CTAQ” and “CTAQW,” respectively. Read more.
