GigCapital6, a SPAC formed by Dr. Avi Katz, withdrew a planned offering of 20 million units, according to a letter sent to the SEC.
The SPAC initially registered to offer 35 million units in March 2021, later amending the offering to 20 million units earlier this year.
The SPAC had planned to target a business “with a goal of reaching an enterprise value of over $400 million in the TMT, cloud connectivity, artificial intelligence, machine learning, big data analytics, aerospace and defense, biotechnology, medical technology, pharmatech, medical equipment, semiconductors, cybersecurity, privacy and sustainable industries,” according to the S-1 filing on the offering.
