Yotta Acquisition Upsizes Deal by 67% Ahead of $100M IPO

The new SPAC plans to target high technology, blockchain, software and hardware, ecommerce, social media and other general business industries globally.

CEO and Director Hui Chen founded the law offices of Hui Chen & Associates, PC in 2012, a New York-based law firm. Chen focuses his practice on patent prosecution, copyright infringement, and other general intellectual property matters.
