OceanTech Acquisitions I announced that its stockholders approved a merger deadline extension from Dec. 2 to June 2, 2023. The extension provides additional time to complete the proposed business combination with Majic Wheels.
Majic is a holding company focused on strategic acquisitions of industries including fintech, insurtech, software development and crypto exchange platforms.
The SPAC in October terminated a $224 million deal with Captura Biopharma.
OceanTech has deposited 6.7 cents per share ($125,000) into the trust account for the first of up to six monthly extensions.
