Advent Technologies and AMCI Acquisition announced today that they have completed their business combination. AMCI shareholders approved the deal yesterday.
Shares of the combined company, Advent Technologies Holdings, begin trading on the Nasdaq tomorrow, Feb. 5, under ADN.
