NYSE to Delist Parabellum Acquisition’s Warrants

The New York Stock Exchange in a statement said it will delist the warrants of Parabellum Acquisition that trade under PRBM.WS. The SPAC’s Class A common stock — ticker symbol PRBM — and units — ticker symbol PRBM.U — will continue listing on the exchange.

NYSE Regulation has determined that the company’s warrants are no longer suitable for listing based on “abnormally low” price levels. Parabellum has a right to a review of the decision.

Parabellum raised $125 million in an October 2021 IPO to focus on businesses with an enterprise value of $300 million to $1 billion that have unique technologies and business models, and are actively engaged in the Internet of Things. Read more.
