Northern Genesis III Closes $150M IPO

Northern Genesis Acquisition III closed its IPO of 15 million units at $10 each.

Units trade on the NYSE under NGC.U.  Each consists of one share of common stock and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list on the NYSE under NGC and NGC.WS, respectively.

The SPAC intends to focus on companies that demonstrate clear commitments to sustainability and strong alignment with environmental, social and governance principles. Read more.
