NuScale Power, a provider of proprietary nuclear small modular reactor technology, announced that it completed its mwerger with Spring Valley Acquisition.
NuScale stock and warrants begin trading today on the NYSE under the ticker symbols SMR and SMR WS.
The transaction was expected to raise approximately $380 million from a combination of Spring Valley trust proceeds and PIPE commitments. Spring Valley had announced share redemptions of 37.5% ahead of last week’s vote. Read more.
