Orion Acquisition Prices Upsized $360M IPO

Orion Acquisition priced its upsized IPO of 36 million units at $10 per unit. The SPAC offered 16 million more units than anticipated.

The new SPAC intends to target companies in the healthcare industry in the United States or other developed countries.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under OHPAU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-quarter of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant exercisable to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, stock and warrants are expected to list under OHPA and OHPAW, respectively.
