Denali Capital Acquisition priced its initial public offering of 7.5 million units at $10.00 per unit.
The units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under the symbol DECAU. Each consists of one share and a warrant. After the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to be listed under the symbols DECA and DECAW.
The new SPAC is targeting high-performing companies in the technology, hospitality or consumer services sectors.
The offering is expected to close April 11.
The SPAC has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 1.125 million additional units at the IPO price to cover any over-allotments.
