Elliott Opportunity II Files for $500M IPO

Elliott Opportunity II filed with the SEC to offer 50 million units to the public at $10 each to raise $500 million for the acquisition of a technology business.

The SPAC is led by Co-Chairman and Director Jesse Cohn, an equity partner and managing partner at Elliott Investment Management, and Co-Chairman Gordon Singer, head of Elliott’s London office and a member of the firm’s management committee.

The SPAC intends to list on the NYSE but has not yet selected a ticker symbol. Read more.
