Battery Future Acquisition Stock and Warrants May Trade Separately Starting Feb. 4

Battery Future Acquisition shares and warrants may be traded separately starting Friday, the SPAC said. Units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol BFAC.U. Separated shares and warrants are expected to trade under the symbols BFAC and BFAC.WS.

The SPAC raised $300 million in a December IPO. Battery Future plans to focus on industries spearheading the shift from fossil fuels to electrification, including companies in the battery value chain from the mine site to end user to after-life battery and component recycling. Read more.
