Ares Acquisition shares and warrants may be traded separately starting today, the SPAc said.
Those units not separated will continue to trade on the NYSE under AAC.U, and the Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade under AAC and AAC WS, respectively.
The SPAC said it will not be limited to a particular industry or geographic region in its identification and acquisition of a target company, except that it does not intend to pursue the fossil fuel energy industry. Read more.
