That’s down 18% from the 27.5 million units cited in an amended filing in May, when the SPAC lowered its deal size from the initial 32.5 million units rergistered with the SEC in February,.
A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of a warrant.
The sponsor’s first first Oaktree SPAC completed a merger in January with healthcare platform Hims & Hers.
Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are joint book-runners on the offering. Academy Securities, Amerivet, Ramirez & Co. and Tigress Financial Partners are co-managers.
