Vision Sensing Closes IPO with Full Exercise of Over-Allotment

Vision Sensing Acquisition closed its IPO of 10.12 million units, including 1.32 million units issued to the underwriters through the full exercise of their over-allotment option. The offering resulted in gross proceeds of $101.2 million.

The company’s units trade on the Nasdaq under VSACU.

The SPAC intends to focus on companies with operations in the vision sensing technologies, including hardware chip solutions, related application software, artificial intelligence and other peripheral technologies. Read more.
