Israel-Focused Moringa Acquisition Prices $100M IPO

Moringa Acquisition priced its IPO of 10 milion units at $10 each.

Units bergin trading today on the Nasdaq under MACAU. Each unit of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and redeemable warrants will list under MACA and MACAW, respectively.

Moringa intends to target Israel-related technology companies. The SPAC is led by CEO and Chairman Ilan Levin, and CFO Gil Maman. Read more.
