Mount Rainier Acquisition Closes $172.5M IPO

Mount Rainier Acquisition closed its IPO of 17.25 million units. This includes the exercise in full by the underwriters of their over-allotment option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million units.

Units list on the Nasdaq under RNERU.

Mount Rainier intends to focus on established, technology focused businesses that have an aggregate enterprise value of $500 million to $2 billion.
