Anzu Special Acquisition I Prices Upsized $420M IPO

IPO

Anzu Special Acquisition I priced its IPO of 42 million units at $10 per unit, an upsize of 17 million more units than the SPAC anticipated in its initial filing last month. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-third of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a share of Class A common stock at $11.50.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under ANZUU. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under ANZU and ANZUW, respectively.

The offering is expected to close March 4.

The SPAC intends to focus “on high-quality businesses with transformative technologies for industrial applications.” Read more.
