Pomona Acquisition Files for $50M IPO

Pomona Acquisition registered to offer 5 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant; whole warrants exercisable at $11.50.

The fintech-focused SPAC will target \lending, wealth management, cross-border remittances, and insurance technology companies in Asia or companies that could expand into Asia.

Pomona Acquisition is led by CEO and Director Gary Chan, the founder of the CFO (HK) Limited, also known as CFO Centre in Hong Kong/China.

Jones Trading is sole book-running manager of the offering. The underwriter has a 45-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional units to cover any over-allotments.

Pomona Acquisition intends to apply for a Nasdaq listing under PMACU. Read more.
