Flame Acquisition Prices $250M IPO

Flame Acquisition priced its IPO of 25 million units at $10 per unit.

Units begin trading today under FLME.U on the NYSE. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of one redeemable warrant, each whole warrant exercisable at $11.50. After the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and warrants will list under FLME and FLME.WS, respectively.

The offering is expected to close March 1.
