DP Cap Acquisition I Prices $200M IPO

DP Cap Acquisition I priced its IPO of 20 million units at $10 each. Units start trading today on the Nasdaq under DPCSU. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of a warrant.

The new SPAC’s acquisition interest is in the tech-enabled consumer and technology sectors, with a specific focus on e-commerce and marketplaces and enterprise software. 

Cowen is sole book-runner for the offering. Cowen has an option to purchase up to 3 million additional units to cover any over-allotments.
