Alpha Capital Acquisition Prices $200M IPO

Alpha Capital Acquisition priced its IPO of 20 million units at $10 per unit.

Units begin trading today on the Nasdaq under ASPCU. Each consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase a Class A ordinary share at $11.50. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, shares and redeemable warrants will list under ASPC and ASPCW, respectively.
