The new SPAC intends to target companies making a difference in combating climate change.
Climate Real Impact Solutions III is led by CEO and Director David Crane, who fulfills the same roles at CRIS I and CRIS II. He is a former CEO of NRG Energy and International Power Plc. Crane also worked as a banker at Lehman Brothers, focusing on the energy sector, and as an attorney at the law firm White & Case.
