Tailwind International Acquisition registered with the SEC for an IPO of 25 million units to be priced at $10 each.
The new SPAC said it will target international consumer internet and other high-growth technology companies in international markets, with a focus on the European market.
Tailwind is led by CEO Pierre Denis, who is senior advisor to the board of global beauty brand Coty. From July 2012 to February 2020, he served as CEO of fashion company Jimmy Choo Group.
The SPAC plans to list on the NYSE but has not yet selected a ticker symbol. Read more.
