Decarbonization Plus Acquisition II registered to offer 20 million units at $10 each to raiuse $200M in an IPO.
This is the latest SPAC formed by Riverstone Investment Group. Decarbonization Plus intends to target a business that may advance the objectives of global decarbonization, including the energy and agriculture, industrials, transportation and commercial and residential sectors.
