AP Acquisition Files for $150M IPO

AP Acquisition registered to offer 15 million units at $10 each. A unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a warrant.

The spnsor has agreed to purchase up to $10.625 million in warrants.

The new SPAC is focused on companies engaged in energy transition and decarbonization.

Chairman and Director Richard Folsom is a co-founder and representative partner of Advantage Partners, an investment management and advisory firm focused especially on the Asia and Japan markets founded in 1992. 

Credit Suisse is sole book-running manager. The SPAC intends to apply for a NYSE listing under APCAU. Read more.
