The nw SPAC still plans to offer 20 million units priced at $10 each — unchanged from the initial registration two weeks ago.

Adit said it intends to focus on businesses in the education, training and edtech industries, especially early stage companies.

The SPAC is led by Chairman Eric Munson, co-founder of Adit whose career arc includes work at Hambrecht & Quist, Morgan Stanley, Franklin/Templeton, Seneca, Wentworth Hauser & Violich, and Acorn Partners. Read more.
