IPO

dMY Technology Group VI priced its IPO of 21 million units at $10 each. The SPAC initially registered to offer 25 million units before cutting the deal size last month to 17.5 million units, then rebounding to 21 million units at pricing.

Units begin trading today on the NYSE under DMYS.U. Each consists of one share of Class A common stock and one-half of a warrant. After the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to list under DMYS and DMYS WS.

The offering is expected to close Oct. 5.

dMY VI intends to focus its search within the mobile app ecosystem or gaming, enterprise cloud and consumer internet companies with enterprise valuations of $1 billion to $3 billion. The SPAC intends to specifically focus on companies that have created compelling mobile app experiences with significant growth in segments such as gaming, entertainment, education, e-commerce, dating and health and wellness.

Goldman Sachs is sole book-runner for the offering. The underwriter has an option to purchase up to an additional 3.15 million units to cover any over-allotments. Read more.
