Star Peak II priced its $350 million IPO of 35 million units offered at $10 each.
The SPAC has said it will focus on companies involved in improving sustainability and/or reducing global emissions.
Sponsored by Magnetar Capital, the company’s first SPAC Star Peak Energy Transition has a $1.35 billion merger agreement with Stem, which designs and manufactures clean energy storage systems. A shareholder vote on that deal is expected early this year.
