Benessere Capital Acquisition pirced its units at $10 each to raise $100 million in an IPO.
Benessere in its initial registration said it will focus on middle market and emerging growth technology-focused companies in the North, Central and South America.
The new SPAC is led by Chairman Patrick Orlando, who is CEO of Benessere Capital, an investment consulting and investment banking firm baqsed in Miami.
