Adit EdTech Acquisition registered to offer 20 million units at $10 per unit to raise $200 milion in an IPO.
The new SPAC plans to focus on businesses in the education, training and edtech industries, especially early stage companies.
The SPAC is led by Chairman Eric Munson, co-founder of Adit whose career arc includes work at Hambrecht & Quist, Morgan Stanley, Franklin/Templeton, Seneca, Wentworth Hauser & Violich, and Acorn Partners.
