Marquee Raine Acquisition announced the closing of its IPO of 37,375,000 units, which includes 4,875,000 units issued upon the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option exercised in full, at a price of $10 per unit.
Units trade on the Nasdaq under “MRAC U”. Once the securities begin separate trading, shares and warrants are expected to be listed under “MRAC” and “MRAC WS,” respectively.
